The Canadian Technical Asphalt Association has six levels of sponsorship opportunities available for its annual conference, each providing varying degrees of exposure for your company. The sponsorship levels and accompanying exposure opportunities are shown on the included checklist.
How it works
Upon payment of the fee for the applicable sponsorship category, your company logo will be displayed via the association website until December 31 of the conference year. This means that once payment is received the exposure of your company to asphalt professionals begins! At the Partner sponsorship level, this includes additional exposure on the association member portal until the end of the calendar year.
As well, the conference app starts being developed in May of each year and is made available immediately to any asphalt professional interested. As the conference dates draw closer and the technical papers become available, the app is limited to registered delegates. Your company logo and information (including banner ads for the higher sponsor categories) are constantly presented to the delegates. Depending on sponsorship level, companies have opportunities to be highlighted intensely at the conference itself during all breaks in the technical program as well as in delegate
Pay early, benefit early
The benefits of sponsorship can start many months before the conference event. The earlier the sponsorship is purchased, the more opportunity to promote your company ‐ why not make it January 1? Early in the year, the website is busy with all association members renewing their personal memberships ‐ they could be looking at your logo.
