This year’s conference features a wide range of technical, educational, and networking opportunities, including a pre-conference field trip on Sunday that offers attendees a unique behind-the-scenes industry experience at the Cenovus Energy Saskatoon Terminal and Production Facility. Separate registration is required for this pre-conference experience, so be sure to select the add-on option when registering if you wish to participate.

Conference Program
The CTAA AGM & Conference is Canada’s premier forum for sharing technical knowledge, emerging research, industry innovations, and practical experience related to asphalt.
This year’s program features presentations from industry practitioners, researchers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and public-sector agencies from across Canada and beyond. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the latest developments in asphalt materials, pavement design, construction practices, sustainability initiatives, quality assurance, and emerging technologies that are shaping the future of our industry.
In addition to technical presentations, the conference includes workshops, networking opportunities, industry discussions, the CTAA Annual General Meeting, and social events designed to foster collaboration and professional connections.

It’s not too late to take part in the CTAA 2026 Student Poster Competition.
Undergraduate and graduate students are invited to submit abstracts for presentation at the 71st Annual Conference in Saskatoon, November 15–18, 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to highlight your research, gain visibility within the asphalt industry, and engage directly with practitioners, researchers, and decision-makers from across Canada.
Submissions are welcome on a wide range of asphalt-related topics, including materials, mix design, production, paving, compaction, pavement design, and performance monitoring. Selected posters will be featured during the Monday afternoon poster session and displayed throughout the conference, offering strong exposure and valuable networking opportunities.

Delta Hotels by Marriott Saskatoon Downtown is the official Conference Headquarters and the location of all conference sessions and events. Delegates who have mobility considerations—or who simply want to be at the heart of the conference activities—are encouraged to stay at the Delta. Rooms are limited, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
