About CUPGA

The Canadian User Producer Group for Asphalt (CUPGA) is a group representing the asphalt industry in Canada, lead by a committee with representation from users and producers of asphalts, which is responsible to the Board of Directors of the Canadian Technical Asphalt Association. The mission of the Canadian User Producer Group for Asphalt (CUPGA) is to improve the quality and performance of asphalt pavement applications across Canada by encouraging the adoption of best practices in all aspects of asphalt technology including materials selection and testing, construction and maintenance procedures, and environmental protection. The mission is accomplished by transferring knowledge and technology gained through research, education, and cooperative partnerships with federal, provincial, and local agencies, material suppliers, contractors, consulting firms, testing companies and other asphalt technical associations.
